Crispy vegetable eggrolls were crunchy and went well with the sweet chili dipping sauce. Had the poke bowl with bbq beef and tempura along with different vegetables and sauces. Was glad I chose half rice and half salad since I ate everything up and was just barely able to have a slice of bday cake for dessert.

Casual eatery serving Poke bowls, Vietnamese banh mi sandwiches, milk teas, and other Asian eats located in a shopping mall Novato Fair Shopping Center. I ordered a Pearl's Milk Tea and Regular poke bowl. The Pearl's milk tea is ok but I love the popping lychee. The regular poke bowl is delicious, I will order again to try others in the menu, not many of this business exist in the area.

This spot has been a favorite ever since they opened a few years ago. My teen age daughter loves their bubble teas and got me to try one one day over lunch I was instantly hooked! I typically order one of their fruit milk teas. I have tried the cantaloupe, honey dew, mango and strawberry milk teas. I have had several other fruit flavored jellies plus the popping flavored balls that you can choose to add in conjunction with the tapioca pearls. The combination of the three different toppings that you can use to make choose from are good and create an astronomical event inside your mouth which is quite wonderful. In addition to the tasty teas offered they also have a quite robust menu. They do offer a lot of finger foods to snack on and they also have full size portions of chicken teryaki and other Asian infused delights. I personally have enjoyed the finger foods oe appetizers like the mozzarella sticks with ranch and the pot stickers. The service is fairly good and whenever i have had an issue, which has occurred a few times especially when I attempt to have the teas and food delivered using one of the food service apps ...I have received teas without any bobas, terribly flavored brown sugar tea that was 100% bitter with no sweetness whatsoever, and a order of extremely hardened mozzarella sticks. I do not want to count too much of my overall experience rating with the restaurant bc the delivery is somehow fumbled most every time I have ordered but I still think it is worth mentioning. So if ever I do experience an issue tang bring it to the manager or owner ( one in the same) I find he is quick to respond and happy to make whatever I have found not to my liking a bit better. All in all a great spot in Novato to have and with the younger crowd still raving over there during lunch breaks and after school I hope Pearl stays around for the long term as it adds a decent option in Novato for faster, decent food.

The only thing that I've ever tried at Pearl is their delicious bahn mi sandwiches. Before I discovered Pearl, it was impossible to find a decent bahn mi anywhere in Marin county. They have a nice selection of other sandwiches and rice, dishes, etc. They seem to have worked out a lot of the kinks that they had when they first opened so I will definitely keep going back. The staff there is great beyond ambience is nothing too exciting but it is extremely clean which I really appreciate. Definitely go check out Pearl in Novato.

Review is for drinks only. I've had the taro milk tea and the honeydew milk tea. I didn't get any toppings. The drinks are good but pretty sweet. Not sure if they can do less sweet, but they still taste good and come in cute cups. I haven't tried the food, but I might try a poke bowl one day. The service was friendly both times I went here. It's a nice way to kill time and get a sweet treat while I charge my car at the Electrify America in this shopping center.

I'm impressed to find a good banh mi place in Marin. I'm from San Jose, where they have the best Vietnamese sandwiches and I admit I was skeptical trying a banh mi sandwich in Novato but I'm pretty impressed. They have a food spread of pate, not too thick not too thin. I ordered the pork and it was grilled to perfection and had the lemongrass flavor which is required!! The pickled vegetables tasted fresh and the baguette was perfectly crispy. Service was friendly and restaurant is clean.

Second Time I Try This Place Out. The Last Time I Just Had Boba But This Time I Tried Their Thai Tea Food Which Was Delicious! It Was Really Cute Inside & The Cashier Was Very Kind & Welcoming.

My boyfriend and I's go-to place for poke in the area. We're there 2-3 times a month. Such awesome and quick service! There's some seating inside. There's also a contactless kiosk to order your food. Though we were saddened to find out that they removed the sizing for the poke bowls and we can only order a regular bowl now. Hopefully they can bring back the large size! It was a perfect sharing size for 2.

I came in to try new yakisoba while studying at a nearby cafe. Place is cool, clean, food is fresh & delicious, made right in front of you basically. Yum!
